Resilience Hub: Homebrewing the Harvest Workshop

The Resilience Hub & Portland Maine Permaculture is partnering with Oxbow to bring a short series of events related to brewing alcoholic ferments. Harvest season often translates into abundance — and one way to preserve it all is to make booze!

In this workshop, Kate Wallace will demystify how to ferment plants into delicious beverages. We’ll be discussing processes for brewing beer, cider, mead & and wine. We will also touch on some interesting plants that you may want to experiment with in future brews. $7/person. Snacks provided! 6:30-8pm.
