Oxbow Beer Garden is our Western Maine outpost and is conveniently located on Rt. 26 in Oxford. Oxbow Beer Garden consists of restaurant and taproom that is located in a renovated 200-year-old barn.  There is also a small bottle shop/tasting room that is located in a fermentation space that will produce specialty blends for the restaurant.

The restaurant features a wood-fired oven, and the food program focuses on sourdough pizza, as well as seasonally-available meats and produce. The farmlands surrounding the restaurant have produced exceptional fruits and vegetables for generations and we are continuing these operations to generate estate-grown ingredients for our kitchen.  The restaurant is open from wed-sun 4-10, with increased hours to come this summer.

The Oxbow Beer Garden is adjacent to an extensive Nordic skiing trail system, formerly known as Carter’s XC Ski, that was built and maintained by the local Carter family for decades. We are pleased to offer access to this free, use-at-your-own-risk network of beautiful mixed-use trails that run through the fields and forest behind this new Oxbow location.
