Shop Talk

We have enlisted our very own Advanced Cicerone® Jack Van Paepeghem to lead a four-part series of talks and tastings which will cover different aspects of brewing, history, science, and culture. Part four concludes with an overview of the malting process alongside an in-depth analysis of malt-derived flavors and aromas. Ticket will include a sampling of Oxbow and guest beers and a reserved spot for the one-hour discussion.
