Oxbow Brewing Company – Newcastle (Farmhouse)

Our Newcastle taproom is closed for the winter.  Re-opening Memorial weekend!  However, the farmhouse on the premises is still available for rent.  It is a cozy 3 bedroom house with a wall of nostalgic VHS tapes to enjoy, after hitting the trails winding through the woods just outside the door.

During the muddy stick season, we have partnered with Waterstruck to provide a Midweek reset.  This includes a two night stay at our farmhouse, a private sauna session, and a range of delicious farmhouse beers to enjoy.  There is an option to book a special 4 course meal with The Alna Store.  Book it all here!

Our rural farmhouse brewery is nestled in the woods of Newcastle, Maine, an enchanting part of our state where rolling farmlands meet tidal waters that lead to the dramatic rocky coastline. In addition to our brewing operations, we also have our rustic tasting room onsite where guests can enjoy a rotating selection of Oxbow drafts and bottles.

Visitors are welcome to walk around our small orchard and farm, where we grow fruit for our beers.

Those with a thirst for adventure and recreation are encouraged to explore the trails in our backwoods that are well-suited for hiking, biking, trail running, snowshoeing, animal tracking, or just peacefully wandering and enjoying the beauty and tranquility of nature.
